One of our most popular items. We use only our best cuts of turkey breast meat and lightly season and bread them. Available in 5 flavours: Our turkey ham & swiss, Fresh spinach & parsley, rosemary & goat cheese, and seasonally we rotate between our pesto & provolone (summer) and our delicious turkey studding and cranberry cordon bleu (winter).

Our turkey stew meat is made up solely of our boneless skinless thigh meat, and is diligently trimmed to remove any fat before it is cubed chopped for your meals.

Our turkey boneless half breasts are taken only from the best of our Grade A birds. We check each breast carefully to ensure there are no bruises and that the skin is lean and unblemished. All of this translates into a better dinner for you.

Same as our breasts, our turkey thighs go through a rigourous selection process, so that you only take home the leanest and highest quality product.
Our turkey roast come in all shapes and sizes, and can be made to your exact specifications. All breast meat, breast & thigh meat, or all thigh are available any time of year. During the holiday season we also have stuffed turkey roasts filled with our own turkey stuffing, like a whole turkey dinner without the cleanup!
|FRESH TURKEY TENDERLOIN|
The most tender part of the turkey is the tenderloin, located directly behind the turkey breast. The tenderloin is the easiest piece of turkey to marinate due to its tender qualities, and often the tastiest afterwards.
|FRESH TURKEY BREAST STEAKS|
Each turkey breast steak comes from the center of one half breast, and is butterflied to create its unique shape. These can be marinated and grilled, or baked in the oven in a nice mushroom sauce.
Our lean turkey boneless skinless thigh meat, course ground and lightly seasoned for a subtle charcoal flavour. Great on the grill in the summer, and even better when BBQing in the winter.

Our lean turkey ground is used to prepare these delicious salisbury steak patties, seasoned with our select blend of herbs and spices. They taste even better when topped with our homemade turkey gravy.
